The terms and conditions governing your use of UnitedTabs's website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging UnitedTabs for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

UnitedTabs provides IT consulting, web development, mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, AI/automation, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and related technology services ("Services").

All Services are provided under a separate written project agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between UnitedTabs and its clients.

  • UnitedTabs reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
  • Project scopes may be modified only through written agreement by both parties.
  • All prices are quoted and invoiced in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for UnitedTabs projects:

  • Fixed-price projects: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on project delivery.
  • Retainer agreements: Monthly invoicing, payable within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Late payments: Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month. UnitedTabs reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project ("Work Product").

  • UnitedTabs retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary methodologies used in delivering the Work Product.
  • Open-source components used in projects remain subject to their respective licences.
  • UnitedTabs may showcase delivered projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. UnitedTabs will not disclose your business information, source code, or business data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.

NDA agreements are available upon request for projects involving highly sensitive information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnitedTabs's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to UnitedTabs in the three months preceding the claim.

UnitedTabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

  • The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
  • UnitedTabs will deliver all completed work and assets in standard formats within 14 days.
  • Deposits paid are non-refundable if work has commenced.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise agreed in a separate project agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

UnitedTabs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
